In 1991 Dave Polowick Design was just a concept in the mind
of it's founder, Dave Polowick, who had just graduated from the
Architectural Design Program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
Two years later, Dave Polowick Design opened it's doors and offered
a fresh, new perspective on custom building design to the Chatham-Kent
Community.
Dave Polowick Design specializes in Residential and Commercial
Building Design. Our clients include most local home builders,
construction companies and renovation contractors. The firm has
always worked closely with it's clients, with the objective of
creating appealing, cost-effective design options that satisfy
